I am trying to install Netrunner 13.06 on my Windows 7 desktop. Every time I launch the installer though, I have only the option to either erase or manually partition Netrunner. When I try to manually partition though, Netrunner groups all previous partitions together and counts it as free space. Help?
Do you have a raid partitioning scheme or logical volume group setup in windows ?
I would further recommend you to use the newest Netrunner which is 13.12
I’m not familiar with types of setups, though I believe I have a raid partitioning scheme. However, 13.12 has the same problem as well as Ubuntu 12.04 and 13.10. Netrunner 13.12 also keeps crashing right before installation finishes.

The raid system might explain the problem you experience. If it is hardware raid (actually most mainboards provide a so called fakeraid as it is really a bad software raid and they call it hardware raid) your chances are minimal to get it recognized.
I would recommend you in that case to install onto an external harddrive.
Alright, thanks for the help.
