# Having Trouble While Installing This

Hello friends, I am a new member on this forum and I need some help friends. Actually yesterday I tried to install Netrunner 21.01 on my PC. But after completing the installation process when I try to run the application, I cant go further. There was some kind of error that did not allow me to run the program. I dont know what could be the issue. Could someone please help me to resolve the issue? Thanks in advance.

Edit: After posting the thread here, I started searching on Google and came across [this useful guide](https://www.thewindowsclub.com/application-is-not-responding-error-on-windows). The problem has been solved by using there methods (Updated Driver and Windows) correctly. Now I have no longer any issues while installing the software.
