how do I downgrade to bluez4.1 from bluez5

In their wisdom, the Bluez team has decided to remove HFP/HSP profiles from bluez which virtually makes bluetooth headsets with microphones useless for Skype and similar programs…my understanding is that they worked perfectly fine in bluez4.1… I’ve been all over google search the arch wiki’s and forums trying to figure out how to get this done and I’m having no luck…nothing seems to work for netrunner so I assume I’m missing something. Any suggestions…? Because at this point I can’t even get bluetooth to function, really don’t want to re-install…

Netrunner Rolling is based on Manjaro not Arch, to use bluez4 under manjaro you just install bluedevil1 this will install bluez4 with it.

sudo pacman -S bluedevil1

or use octopi but make sure you install bluedevil1 and not bluedevil. bluedevil was compiled for use with bluez not bluez4
