How to enable manual logins?

Hello, I’m just testing Netrunner and I’m also a new KDE user.
To enable manual logins in Ubuntu 14.04 (Unity), I just edit the file /usr/share/lightdm/lightdm.conf.d/50-ubuntu.conf, and add the line:

greeter-show-manual-login=true

How can I do this for Netrunner?

First you will need to determine the Desktop Manger your using.
For SDDM: System Settings > Startup and Shutdown > Login screen > Advanced tab
For KDM: System Settings > Other > Login Screen > Convenience tab

Hello and thanks for your reply.
But, on System Settings > Startup and Shutdown, I have 3 options: Autostart, Login Screen (LightDM) and Session Management.
I couldn’t find any option to enable manual logins and there’s no “Advanced tab” in Login Screen (LightDM), only options to change theme and enable guest /autologin.

Hi bob,
Login Manager for Netrunner 14 is lightdm-kde, which does not support manual mode yet.
For N15, we look into changing from lightdm to sddm, which we already use in our Rolling version.

Got it! thanks for the quick reply.
