I ruined software source and PGP KEY

I ruined the software source and GPG Key of netrunner rolling edition. I cannot update my system. Can anyone tell me how to fix it?

Here is what happened:
I installed netrunner rolling edition and updated system and got a broken system(stuck at a terminal login screen and the screen kept flashing. The keyboard was out of control).
I tried re-installing, but update keep breaking my system.
I tried some solutions I found online and damaged the system
I cannot update my netrunner rolling edition.

The installation is ok. Everything works fine. I have nvidia video card.

Which GPG key are you having trouble with?

Troubleshoots:

If you have issues with Rob McCathie’s (korrode) signature, try this:

sudo pacman-key -r 5C0102A6
sudo pacman-key --lsign-key 5C0102A6

If you have issues with Joshua Strot’s (dcell) signature, try this:

sudo pacman-key -r CB6CDD17
sudo pacman-key --lsign-key CB6CDD17

If you have issues with Alexandru Ianu’s (Ayceman) signature, try this:

sudo pacman-key -r 604F8BA2
sudo pacman-key --lsign-key 604F8BA2

If you have issues with Ramon Buldo’s (kirek) signature, try this:

sudo pacman-key -r AC97B894 sudo pacman-key --lsign-key AC97B894 [/quote]

That was a fast reply. Thank you. I will try it.

First, do you have a single GPU or a hybrid graphics system?
Second, what is your Nvidia chip, and were you trying to use the free or the non-free drivers?
Can you post the output of inxi -G and mhwd -l:

Thank you. Here are my configuration details:
I have nvidia-nouveau driver installed for the newly installed system. It runs OK, but when I update my system. I will break it.

Graphics: Card: NVIDIA G86M [GeForce 8400M G]
Display Server: X.Org 1.15.2 driver: nouveau Resolution: 1280x800@59.91hz
GLX Renderer: Gallium 0.4 on NV86 GLX Version: 3.0 Mesa 10.2.7

0000:01:00.0 (0300:10de:0428) Display controller nVidia Corporation:

              NAME VERSION FREEDRIVER TYPE

      video-nvidia 2014.01.05 false PCI

video-nvidia-legacy 2014.01.05 false PCI
video-nouveau 2012.09.18 true PCI
video-nv 2012.09.18 true PCI
video-vesa 2012.09.18 true PCI

When I update the system it will give me a broken system

Could give me a detailed terminal command that can allow me to update my rolling edition without breaking it.

OK, the manjaro-system-20141014-1 will install the java update for you without needing the user intervention that the Arch users had to deal with, then it should proceed with the rest of the update.

By the way, there is no need to run sudo pacman -Syyu if you had already run sudo pacman -Syy. The nouveau driver update should never break your system.

Why did you post this twice:

Make sure your mirrors are up to date and using the fastest one first with: sudo pacman-mirrors -g
Then just run: sudo pacman -Syyuu
This is just in case you have something newer installed that is available in the repositories.

THe update failed my system again. The only error I can see on the frozen screen is the Kernel module fail to load.
I reinstalled the rolling edition with free driver and tried the command you gave me to update system.
I first ran sudo pacman-mirrors -g then I got the “Replace grantlee with extra/grantlee-qt4?” message. Is that normal?
I got the following output in the terminal:

[roy@4720G ~]$ sudo pacman -Syyuu

yes that is normal, there will be quite a few of those just hit Y

Thank you guys.
The update is successful this time. I guess I must use the free driver to install the system then update.
After the update, I can safely install the nonfree driver.

It could be, there were some changes to the hardware detection in Manjaro.
