Install from USB drive Problem

I have downloaded the 14.1 ISO and then using START UP DISK CREATOR to put it on a PenDrive, but when I go to bootup.

I get a message like “no configiration File Found”

Am I doing somthing really wrong here.

I have tried UNetBootin as well with same result

Neither of those utilities will work properly with Netrunner, these are hybrid ISO’s with UEFI compatibility and need to be written to the USB stick in raw mode. Here are the recommended utilities and methods for a successful installation: http://www.netrunner.com/faq/installation/
