Is it possible in runners-id.com to share a file to everyone / make it public ?!
If yes, please explain to me how to do it …

PS: By the way I have found that https://owndrive.com/ (hosted in Europe, under EU data protection laws and rights, not the USA’s Patriot Act) provides free OwnCloud account (1GB storage capacity) with more functionality than Runners-ID:
- Public sharing is available.
- Additional button to view deleted files.
- Searching is working.
- Playing music always works for me.
- Activated by default additional apps:
News, Tasks, Notes, Bookmarks. - View your documents (such as PDF/ODF).
- Faster for me as I am located in Europe (runners-id.com - Amazon - USA).

After creating an account of your own you will have to login with the admin first and create an ordinary user then login again with the newly created one …
