Service errors after install on USB

Hi folks. I am having issues with 4 services. Each service is loaded but in the columns for Active and Sub, they are listed as “failed.”

rpcbind.service (RPC bind service)
systemd.sysusers.service (Create System Users)
systemd-tmpfiles-clean.service (Cleanup of Temporary Directories)
systemd-tmpfiles-setup.service (Create Volatile Files an Directories)

So what is happening is that none of the changes I make remain after I restart the computer.

Here are the computer specs:

What do you mean by " install on USB"?

Sorry, AJSlye. I should have clarified. I am running this from a USB stick, not a Live CD or hard drive. Checksum matches perfectly. I’ve used 3 different programs to write it to USB.

Strangely, there are no issues on Virtual Box.
