Could baloo-widgets just be missing or am I over looking some thing obvious?

You’ve posted in the wrong update announcement, this one is for the pre-release of Netrunner Rolling 2015.06.
But no matter, it’s the same updates from manjaro.

baloo-widgets is now baloo4-widgets

The netrunner specific packages in the blueshell repository have not been updated for long time now.

Here is what you need to do.

sudo pacman -R netrunnerarch-systemsettings-settings netrunnerarch-default-settings netrunner-desktop

Next edit your /etc/pacman.conf file and move the blueshell repository to the bottom of the repository list.

kdesu kate /etc/pacman.conf

Save the file and close kate.

Next run:

sudo pacman -Syyuu

And finally:

sudo pacman -Sdd netrunnerarch-systemsettings-settings netrunnerarch-default-settings netrunner-desktop
