When update to 14.04 LTS?

Ubuntu (Kubuntu,etc) is now at 14.04 LTS When will a new Netrunner based on this be put out???

When its ready.
I know you probably want an more precise answer.
But for a good quality product its better to focus on making it run good first before talking about deadlines.
Usually also known from last releases we tend to be ready 2 months after the Kubuntu release.
