Can't log into Runner-ID

I just created an account and I can not log in. I then tried to reset my password thinking I may have fat fingered it twice. I get an error that it can’t reset it. I then tried to create a new account thinking I messed up my email address. I get an error saying the email address is in use, so I guess I entered it correctly.

Any ideas?

The account activation link was sent directly to the spam folder for some reason. All is good now.

I have the exact same problem, what the hell ? No email confirming account creation or anything. If i figure this out i will let you all know.

i dont have any idea why it isnt working. maybe an ADMIN does ?
