This is a strange bug.
I installed Universal Media Server (best DLNA server ever invented), but when I open it, it stays minimized on the right-taskbar, next to the clock (I’m sure this bar has a name, but I don’t know what it is), I try to open it by double-clicking, but it doesn’t open. Right-clicking does nothing as well. Is there something I can do to open it? It doesn’t even have to be practical, I only need to open it once to change the library folder.
