So I’ve managed to fix my Netrunner Debian installation. Today after switching to pure Testing and updating the lists I’ve ran the apt-get -f install command and it came up with a correct fix scenario, with upgrading a big bunch of packages and no dependency issues (except the virtual keyboard, which I’ve fixed using mickelby’s approach). After running it and rebooting I’ve managed to get into the Plasma desktop. I’ve found that it was still at 5.9.3, so I’ve upgraded all packages related to Plasma via Synaptic (all packages that relate to either Plasma desktop or KDE Applications or Frameworks). After this, I’ve switched back to stable, ran another update and now all works like a charm.
