I have noticed that Freecad www.freecadweb.org is not available in the repos. Any idea if and when it will become available? Or should I compile from sources instead?

The package has been removed from testing: https://tracker.debian.org/news/881598/freecad-removed-from-testing/
So either wait or try grabbing the version from sid.
