Having a hard time updating after fresh install

I get this: baloo4 and baloo are in conflict. I found a thread with the same problem and it says to run this

sudo pacman-mirrors -g sudo pacman -Syy sudo rm -R /var/lib/pacman/local/bash-4.3.024-1 sudo pacman -S bash pacman manjaro-system

But when I do I get this

sudo rm -R /var/lib/pacman/local/bash-4.3.024-1

rm: cannot remove ‘/var/lib/pacman/local/bash-4.3.024-1’: No such file or directory

So I`m at a dead end. Thanks in advance

That was a workaround for a security issue in bash 4.3.024-1, there is no need to run that command any longer.

Ok. Thanks for your reply.
Then how do I get around this error message:: error: unresolvable package conflicts detected

error: failed to prepare transaction (conflicting dependencies)
:: baloo4 and baloo are in conflict

Use the guide I posted in the forum:
http://forums.netrunner.com/showthread.php?tid=17358

but first look here for some updated information:

I haven’t had a chance to rework the tutorial as I’ve been really busy working on the 2015.09 ISO based on plasma 5.

Ok I followed the guide and am getting different dependency problems this time. I think I shall wait until a new iso out is out with all the Plasma 5 ugrades before doing anything else. Downloading pre5 now to test it.
Thanks much for responding, Netrunner Rolling is really really nice. Hope to get back to the forum soon and report my results on Pre5.
