As title; I want to remove the Canonical referral when I search DuckDuckGo. I can’t find anything relevant in about:config when I search ‘refer’ or ‘Canonical’. Thanks in advance.
The question which is important here is why do you want to remove the canonical referral ?
Why is that important?
The referral helps (in parts at least) to keep the ubuntu server infastructure to keep alive. So you need a very good reason to deactivate that.
I honestly don’t mean to sound facetious but I would’ve thought the fact that I want to do it is reason enough; this isn’t Windows, this is Linux.
However I understand if you’re unwilling to assist. I’ll find my own solution.
