Iso showing Text Icon

KaOS-2015.02-x86_64.iso: application/x-iso9660-image just downloaded but has a text file icon and no right click burn iso I have enabled in Dolphin.

This is also for newer iso and some show also with Text icon with no right action in Dolphin to burn iso.
As the Netrunner iso is also with this issue.

Older mime types for iso show Raw CD in properties. Or the case of Netrunner as plain text document.
Getting really confused as don’t know what I will end up with some say Plain text document in properties of iso.
Some older iso’s say raw CD image.
