Kde look org unavailable

Trying to get new windows decoration i got a Network errors (3) using the system configuration menu.

Looking then for kde look org (https://www.kde-look.org/) i reached the Opendesktop.org.
Any ideas of what is occuring on kde look org ?

For several days (I think even a month now) the websites from openDesktop.org are restructuring and refreshing. So I guess now kde-look.org is also experiencing a major update which could explain it isn’t available currently.
