How i do my libre office in pt-br (portuguese-brazil) ?

Use the following command:

sudo pacman -S libreoffice-fresh-pt-BR

Note the capital BR in the package name, arch packages are case sensitive.

sudo apt-get install libreoffice-l10n-pt-br
