Is there a way to make dolphin’s list view or any other file manager look like this

This feature was abandoned for Dolphin unfortunately. There is no other stable file manager offering something like that except some NextStep/GNUStep Gworkspace file manager. But don’t expect wonders its a filemanager of the 90s
