Is there a best way to migrate from Core to Desktop? Shall I download the ISO? Can I use this http://www.netrunner.com/upgrade-netrunner-desktop-16-09-to-17-01/?
Update:
Using the migrate script left a crippled system, perhaps because Desktop requires software not included in Core. Specifically, I could not get any sound and video playback really choked and stuttered.
At length. I overwrote the main partition using a USB of the ISO. I’m having shutdown hangs, but this is likely unrelated.
