mouse double-click not working with folders(works one click anyway), but in system settings menu it works with double click.
using external bluetooth mouse
In dolphin go to Settings > Configure Dolphin > Navigation
You need to configure Dolphin to use double click. So open Dolphin then Settings → Configure Dolphin → Navigation and check Double-click to open files and folders and save changes,
