Muon discover dissapeared

I have just re-loaded Netrunner 17 , but after installing some applications I have found that Muon has dissapeared. When I tried to re-install it using both apt-get and synaptic I got a message " Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have

requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies.
muon : Depends: libmuon (= 4:5.4.3-0ubuntu1~ubuntu15.10~ppa1) but it is not going to be installed
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

Can any one tell me how to correct this problem, or suggest a better alternative to Muon.

Of course I can always use Synaptic or command line to install and update system. Would this be a better and easier solution.

I think I have resolved problem partly. I reinstalled libmuon and then installed Muon, However I cannnot re-install muon discover which I beleive is a more up to date version.

Muon has been adopted upstream by Plasma 5 and is now known as simply Discover.
The package name under Netrunner 17 (Ubuntu) is plasma-discover.
