I downloaded Netrunner Core. In the live session, the wifi connected but there is no internet. I use Acer Aspire One AOD270 Intel Atom N2800. But using the same netbook, i dual boot to kde neon, the wifi connected and the internet is running ok.
Somene can help me? I am new to linux.

My guess a newer kernel with buster-backports enabled might help you.
Not a solution for the situation as is but I encounter this with various distros and hardware mixes. My solution is to use an inexpensive D-Link USB adapter that so far works with everything if the built in card refuses to connect.
