Netrunner panel disappeared

Hi,
I used to switch the display between laptop screen and a monitor setup, most of the times when I switch the display(I always use only one display at a time, not extended desktop). the plasma shell will crash, but it recover, but yesterday after recovery from crash, the net runner panel disappeared, I added a new panel but the super(menu) key is not working in the panel, restoring the default settings from /etc/skel doesn’t help,
Any Ideas how to get the super key working back,

Or is a specific action when pressing the Super key not working anymore ?

Hmm… Is running xev in terminal and pressing the Superkey giving you some keycode output ?
If not it might be a hardware issue.

Yes. it is giving mappingnotify event.
