How can I install the nextcloud-client into netrunner 17.10?

Nextcloud offers an AppImage that does not need to be installed. Just download the AppImage linux package from here https://nextcloud.com/install/#install-clients and right click the file to make it executable. Then a double click to start it should be enough to launch the application.
