Is there octopi notification in the bottom panel / task bar like what is used in Manjaro KDE for package upgrades, etc…? If so how does it get enabled?

Netrunner Rolling is based on Manjaro, it’s a separate package called octopi-notifier, you can install it via octopi or with pacman: sudo pacman -S octopi-notifier
