I would like to know what version of KDE plasma is available in Netrunner Rolling.

Netrunner rolling is based on the stable branch of Manjaro and is a rolling release distribution.
As of today if you run the updater, you will have Plasma 5.4.2, Frameworks 5.15, and KDE Applications 15.08.2.
We also have other updated software like firefox-kde 41.0.2, thunderbird-kde 38.3.0, skype 4.3.0.37, Libreoffice-fresh 5.0.2, virtualbox 5.0.6, etc. You can read what’s been updated and when by going over the update announcements posted here: http://forums.netrunner.com/forumdisplay.php?fid=64
