Can you (whoever is the team or person in charge, I cannot find info about that) please add translations to your own kservices5 files in /usr/share/netrunner-default-settings/plasma5-profile/kservices5/? The original KDE files in /usr/share/kservides5 contain a long list of names in different languages. Maybe you could just add at least some common translations like [de], [es], [fr], [it] - at least [de] 
? settings-fonts.desktop, settings-other.desktop
By now I change the names by copying your files to ~/.local/share/kservices5/ and there add a Name[de]= in the files…
