Plymouth. time to load

I have questions:
Why require so much time to load the Plymouth?
Why is there a bug?
Disabled startup schedule, the error remains.
If you try to remove the package from Synaptic, it is possible to remove all that is connected with netranner (I did not dare to remove).

As for disabling the startup schedule you need to update-initramfs after that as plymouth gets started there on bootup.
So

sudo update-initramfs -u

As for removing plymouth. It will remove the plymouth netrunner theme. What packages does it want to delete also ?

If i remove plymouth package and it action will remove the netrunner theme, I will not do it.
