Repository Update Fail

I am having issues when trying to update. I noticed that when I click on the details while updating, the Netrunner 16.09 main repositories are reading fail. Is this suppose to happen or is it a problem with the repos? I could not find any relative information about this on the web. Oh I do have the Debian backports selected; but I did notice this before I did that action. The backports are working properly. Thank you in advance for any help. =-)

Edit: Also the http:/httpredir.debian.org/debian/ Jesse main contrib nonfree is not working.

Maybe a temporary issue as http:/httpredir.debian.org/debian/ is working here.

These fail for me;

Failed to fetch http://http.us.debian.org/debian/dists/jessie/updates/non-free/source/Sources 404 Not Found [IP: 208.80.154.15 80]
Failed to fetch http://http.us.debian.org/debian/dists/jessie/updates/main/source/Sources 404 Not Found [IP: 208.80.154.15 80]
Failed to fetch http://http.us.debian.org/debian/dists/jessie/updates/contrib/source/Sources 404 Not Found [IP: 208.80.154.15 80]
Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old ones used instead.

Indeed there is no updates directory at http://http.us.debian.org/debian/dists/jessie/.

However, this looks more like a link issue where the slash needs to be substituted with dash:
http://http.us.debian.org/debian/dists/jessie-updates/non-free/source/Sources/
http://http.us.debian.org/debian/dists/jessie-updates/main/source/Sources/
http://http.us.debian.org/debian/dists/jessie-updates/contrib/source/Sources/

Thanks. Now it’s working.
Maybe “Software Sources” in the “Update Manager” has issues.
I had the problem after I selected “other” from “Download From” in “Software Sources”, and clicked on “Select Best Server”.

Attached is the corrected repo setting. But notice the 1 rerpo “…jessie/updates…” does use the / rather than a -

Yes, the security updates server is laid out differently.
