Restoring default icons to Desktop

Short question:

The default icons that appear on the Desktop in a default Netrunner 13.06 installation were accidentally deleted. How do I restore them?

Long version:

I installed Netrunner 13.06 some time ago and shared my home directory with Kubuntu 12.04 LTS. Accidentally or otherwise, I lost the default icons on the Netrunner Desktop.

I have now cleaned up my setup so that the ~/.kde directory of Netrunner 13.06 is distinct from the ~/.kde directory of Kubuntu 12.04 LTS and things are looking a lot better. I can now use the two distros side by side by retaining their respective strengths, without duplicating my home directory, which would be impractical.

How do I restore the default icons and some of the default settings of the Netrunner Desktop? Is there a single package that I need to re-install or is there a setup script?

Thanks.

The default settings can be found in /etc/skel. There you can find the desktop icons under the desktop folder. The configuration settings can be found under the .kde folder.

Thank you. Problem solved.
