Just to clarify part of the comment from announcement

“Since we join supporting Manjaro, this leaves Netrunner Rolling to be in a state besides the theming customizations of becoming redundant.
We therefore decided to no longer release any updated installation mediums.
We still offer continued support through our forums for current Rolling versions, and since they are based directly on Manjaro, they should be rolling on just fine for the time being.”

Stating that “they should be rolling on just fine for the time being”

Does this mean eventually to installing Manjaro ?

You don’t have to as most of the modifications from Netrunner do not conflict, or interfere with any of the updates coming from upstream Manjaro. However, if you wish to convert your installation over to be more like upstream, then here is the tutorial: Netrunner to Manjaro tutorial
