I was trying to install Apache OpenOffice instead of LibreOffice.
Downloaded tar.gz from www.openoffice.org,
Did sudo dpkg -i *.deb and got the error message
Errors were encountered while processing:
openoffice4.1-debian-menus_4.1.1-9775_all.deb
How can Apache OpenOffice be installed correctly?
Did you completely remove LibreOffice first?

I first removed LibreOffice using Muon and this is probably the reason it didn’t work.
Yes, Muon just does a simple package removal, but for this one that just isn’t enough.
