(Solved) system-config-samba

Cannot get system-config-samba to start. Changed command to kdesudo system-config-samba using kde menu editor,
like in netrunner 14, samba login dialog pops up but when I enter password dialog disappears and nothing happens.
Any suggestions?

This is a confirmed bug:

To fix this just add an empty /etc/libuser.conf file to your system:

sudo touch /etc/libuser.conf

Just select Edit > Full Edit and add (Solved) to the beginning of the original subject line.
