I’m updating my wife’s Samsung netbook, and the software is stuck in the middle of update. I have waited for hours, and even restarted the computer, but it gets stuck at a particular spot. Please see the attached image. How do I complete the update?

what happens if you try to update with “sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade” in the terminal?
It said that you need to run sudo run a…something. I ran that command and it updated.
