(Solved) Video tearing

Hi, install Netrunner 14.1 about a couple of minutes ago. So far so good. But i’m having trouble with my video. I’m having horizontal tearing when i move my windows and watch a movie on vlc player. I when into computer and this is what it says onder display info.

Vendor: Mesa DRI Mobile Intel® GM45 Express Chipset x86/MMX/SSE2
2D driver: intel
3D driver: Unknown classic (10.1.3)

I already turn compositing off and on. And i turn the effects off and on. But nothing seems to do the trick. What can it be?
And why under 3d driver says Unknown classic?

Go into System Settings > Workspace Behaviour > Desktop Effects > Advanced and then make these adjustments:

This is normal:

Thank you so much this did the trick. Except that on QT graphic system I put raster because native did’t work. I’m so glad that i found a new home. Netrunner is fast,stable, and reliable. I gonna edit this post as solved.

Native should have worked.
Raster = software.
Native = hardware.
