Tapping On Track Pad Not Working...

I just DL’ed Netrunner Debian and ran the live DVD on my HP Pavilion 14-AL061NR laptop and cannot get tapping to work on the track pad. Everything else works on it, except all tapping gestures.

I went into settings and I see nothing regarding the normal tapping gestures.

What do I need to do to get tapping working?

You checked systemsettings -> input devices -> touchpad already?

Yes I did.

So Mouse Click Emulation One Finger is set to left click and it does not work? Have you tried changing and reapplying it?
