I tried to download Netrunner Core 20.01, armhf, 32-bit via torrent, but without success. (I used the direct link then which downloads with less than 35 KB/sec). Someone should check the links.

Please try to recheck. The ISOs directl link is hosted on sourceforge which has many different servers across the world. Maybe the sync was not completed yet for the server close to you so it grabbed it from somewhere more far away.
Anyway I cannot reproduce it now. It downloads very fast here.
