As a existing rolling 2016 user is it recommended to reinstall or is there a clean command way to update.I am assuming a normal rolling update will bring 2017/7 but the many clean new connections and programs will not necessarily come and the old programs or adjustments may make 2017 unwieldy?My installation is at 1516 installed many of which will be redundant.I am assuming a new K DE install of about 1000.
