Upgrade 19.01 to 19.08

How can I upgrade netrunner 19.01 to 19.08 ?

As 19.01 was based on a snapshot of Debian Buster you can upgrade easily manually by enabling the Buster repository
deb http://deb.debian.org/debian/ buster main contrib non-free

and run a normal update. This should get your software updated.

Does the same apply when in future if for example, I want to upgrade to the next debian ?
Is it enough to only replace the repository “buster to bullseye” to have a system with the latest updates or it needs something more?
