What is the best VPN software/Client for Netrunner I could buy and use. I have confused which one would be best

VPN support is already provided by network-manager.
You just need the appropriate plugin for your VPN network type (openvpn, etc.)
Ok thanks I was lust looking at Tiger VPN
That seems like a good service.
Make sure you have network-manager-openvpn installed for that one.
