What is the Install Password?

I am attempting to do a fresh install of the 64 bit version of Netrunner 12.12.1. Live CD operates fine, but when I click on the “Install” icon, it takes me to a sign-on screen that prompts me for a password. What is the password? Or is there something that I am not doing right? Any help would be appreciated.

That is definetely not right.
Can you check the md5sum of the 12.12.1 ISO?
Are you using a Live-DVD or USB?
if you use a stick, maybe you can take a screenshot (or with your phone) and post it here?

It seems that it does that only when I try to install it into a KVM virtual machine. I don’t run in to the problem if I try to install on a physical machine.
