What's in Netrunner Backports?

So netrunner repo provides fresh KDE. What’s in Netrunner Backports? I don’t know if I should enable it.

Also is it feasible to use Netrunner as a sort of KDE Neon but on Debian? In other words fresh KDE but otherwise soon to be stable stretch.

we will keep netrunner on testing, so after stretch is released its basically rolling stretch+1.
As for backports:
This repo is useful for people running previous netrunner versions, as we backport some things for all netrunner users. So enabling testing+backports should allow users of any snapshot to enjoy the same oackages once backported or officialky landed in testing.
