Where are the language settings?

I want to change the language of my system, but I don’t find the option anywhere.

These settings can be configured using the Manjaro Settings Manager under Settings > Manjaro Settings Manager > Language.
This same control module can also be accessed under System Settings > Account Details > Locale.
