In previous versions of Netrunner/Maui there was extension preinstalled that allowed to download videos for web-sites. Recently I checked Maui and didn’t find it. I’m curious about reasons. I thought I could trust those extension if developers included it and would like to know what was the name (of extension).
Videodownloadhelper was the name I think.
As Firefox changed the framework of extensions the old one does not work. The new one needs some extra software installed (basically the download now is an external tool installed on your system and the extension only connects to it). This new version only works on Windows currently.
