someone told me to install the latest kernel but even if this is a solution i don’t know how to install the latest kernel also i tried many distro with no luck: ubuntu 12.04,manjaro linux, debian, elementary os, BTW Ethernet works perfectly, any idea?

It seems to be no driver in the distributions yet.
The only think concerning Ubuntu (and therefor also Netrunner) is this http://askubuntu.com/questions/215498/upcoming-support-for-qualcomm-atheros-ar9565-wireless

Maybe you can get it to work with this.
